GDP Growth: Panama Best

More of a projection of optimistic accounts, Panama is expected to have the best growth in Gross Domestic Product in 2007 and 2008. Much of the forecast relies on good returns in real estate and tourism, not to mention the $5 billion expansion of the Panama Canal. Money flowing into the country should continue the real estate boom and as tourists visit, many may choose to buy vacation or second homes in the Central American country.
