CIPS’s undertake extensive training in handling international clientele. Many have a particular real estate investment focus such as on Latin America, Asia, or the Middle East. As investors, baby boomers, and others begin looking at the international real estate market for opportunities, the number of certified international real estate agents will grow to meet the demand.
