This was an article about the successful efforts by the New York Police Department to avert continued real estate fraud in New York. The two arrests were made by the diligent efforts of some of New York's finest. These individuals were attempting to perpetrate fraud on unsuspecting real estate investors by encouraging them to buy housing to which the sellers had no real title to. In any case, the arrests demonstrate a serious crackdown on real estate fraud and scams in the great state of New York.
