Malaysian real estate beckons to foreigners

There is a lot of room for growth values in Malaysian real estate due to the low cost of entry. Residences in prime locations cost between a one-sixth to one-tenth as compared to other Asian markets like Singapore and Hong Kong. Increased sales might need further relaxation of government regulations on development.
