Patrizia Immobilien AG, a German Real Estate Company Invests Big in New York

The German Real Estate Investment Company, Patrizia Immobilien AG has secured a loan of $713 million dollars for real estate in Germany. Good thing is rents are on the rise which will enable it to secure a good cash flow. The major factor in the relative stability, in this sea of red stained losses, has been the maintenance of interest in single residential properties to which investors have been picking up due to good interest rates.
