L.A. Home Sales Fell 4.6 Percent in March

Home prices in Los Angeles, California rose slightly while home sales fell 4.6 percent in March, marking the eighth straight month of declining home sales. Lists some of the most expensive average home sales prices and highest percentage gains. Foreclosure victims might take heart that at least home prices are still edging upwards.
