At this time when the housing economy is in a mess, we often hear the word 'foreclosure'. For many of us, foreclosures occur when lenders take away your--THEIR--property from you. To some, however, it takes on a different meaning. So how do we define a foreclosure, considering that a lot can be said with a given definition?

Here's another one of those businesses that thrive on the housing crisis.

As you might have probably known, foreclosures are public documents that anyone can check anytime they want to, but checking it out in your state's website can be off-putting. That is why some of these websites have put up databases of foreclosed properties that you may want to flip. Sounds pretty neat, doesn't it?
